Big Data Focus of Chamber February BreakfastJanuary 17, 2017
SPRINGFIELD, Mass., January 11, 2017 – Rob Madrid, director of digital solutions for MassLive, will present “What’s the Big Deal With Big Data? The More You Know, The More You’ll Grow: Understanding Your Customers Through Data” at the Springfield Regional Chamber’s February Business@Breakfast. The breakfast will be held February1, from 7:15 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. at the Delaney House, One Country Club Road, Holyoke.
Madrid will discuss ways to harness the power of digital data to understand customers and grow business. He will talk about how leveraging free website tools like Google Analytics and audience data from marketing campaigns, can provide insight into who customers are and what ultimately drives their purchasing decisions.
Guests will learn how every department in an organization can use Big Data to transform their businesses.
The breakfast will also recognize Peter Salerno, new Executive Director of the Springfield Symphony Orchestra, and Mason Wright on its 125th anniversary.
